Who we are

LEAD RECON LTD provides agentic AI automation, SaaS enablement, CRM workflows, digital marketing, and growth operations services.

For website enquiries, sales conversations, and direct client communications, LEAD RECON LTD is normally the controller of the personal data we collect.

Personal data we collect

We may collect your name, email address, company name, website, phone or messaging details, enquiry content, timeline, campaign source, referrer, and information you choose to share in forms, calls, emails, or messages.

We may also collect technical information such as device, browser, IP-derived region, page visits, form events, and security logs where this is needed to operate, secure, and improve the website.

How we use personal data

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, qualify requests, book calls, prepare audits or demos, provide services, manage client relationships, improve user experience, protect systems, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

We may use enquiry data to understand which content, channels, and offers are performing. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising pixels

The site may use consent-managed analytics and advertising tags, including Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel, to understand visits, conversion events, and paid-social campaign performance.

Non-essential analytics and advertising tags should only run after consent where required. You can decline non-essential tracking and still use the website.

Legal bases

Depending on the context, we rely on legitimate interests, contract preparation or performance, consent, and legal obligation.

Marketing communications are sent only where we have a lawful basis to do so, and you can opt out of non-essential marketing at any time.

AI and automation

LEAD RECON may use automation and AI-assisted tools to triage enquiries, structure notes, draft internal recommendations, and improve operational response speed.

We do not use AI tools to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about website visitors. Human review remains part of commercial qualification, proposal, and service decisions.

Sharing and processors

We use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, CRM, forms, email, scheduling, payments, security, and workflow automation. These providers process data only for the services they provide to us.

Where a client project requires third-party platforms such as CRM, advertising, analytics, automation, or AI tools, the specific stack and permissions should be agreed during onboarding.

Retention

We keep enquiry and client records only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, including follow-up, service delivery, audit trail, legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution needs.

Where practical, stale sales enquiries are reviewed and removed or anonymised when they are no longer useful.

Your rights

You may have rights to be informed, access your data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, receive portable data, object to certain processing, and challenge certain automated decision-making.

To make a privacy request, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before actioning a request.

Contact

For privacy questions, data requests, or concerns, email [email protected] with the subject line Privacy Request.

If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you may also contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Privacy choices

We use essential storage for the site. With your permission, GTM helps measure visits, conversions, and paid-social performance.
